Our remote support service allows us to be connected to a client's PC within a few minutes, securely. This gives us the ability to see what a user is doing wrong, error messages that have appeared on screen or to simply to show a user how to complete a task. The remote support service isn't just about fixing a problem - it can also be used to educate a user.

The technician dealing with your case will issue a unique PIN code which you should type into the box and press connect.

Note:- This is a one time use connection, future connections will require a new one-time-use pin - we can only connect with your express authorisation.
